RILEY FOX FURSUITS TOS1.I accept only +18 people to get orders or younger persons who have signature on contract before get commissionfrom Parents.2.I don’t give refunds if I started the fursuit already.3. Before order I must get customer's ref sheet of fursona to get details.4. I accept only payment methods what I send to client. Pay Pal, Revolut or Bank Transfer.5. Client must pay when I send contract and TOS on it.The fursuit will not begin being made until the first installment or full payment for the fursuit has been received.6.I do not accept returns for fursuits. You are buying the product consciously. You have the right to ask for more photos, etc..7.When sending a product I am not responsible for a lost package, damaged, or for deliberately not accepting the package. (Example, I send the package, you do not accept it consciously, the exception is if something happened to you and you inform me about it and cover the cost of re-sending and returning the package)8.The customer receives a 3 months from me to repair the fursuit if something is damaged due to my fault. I do NOT accept fursuits that have been used incorrectly, stored incorrectly or worn. I only accept for repair fursuits that left me with some defect. The customer has a month to report the inconvenience.9.Once a fursuit has been started, no changes are allowed unless they are minor and do not impact the ordering of new materials.10.Installment payments are arranged between the potential buyer and the contractor. With each payment, a contract is sent before which you must familiarize yourself with and sign. Money is never taken before the contract is signed.11.If the installment payment is paid only half or 3/4, I do not send the fursuit until I receive the full amount. Only after receiving the full amount, the fursuit is sent to the Recipient.12.You can reserve a slot only and exclusively by paying a deposit of PLN 100, and providing the exact date when the rest of the money will be paid to start the order. (I ONLY ACCEPT SLOT RESERVATIONS A WEEK IN ADVANCE)13.The entire queue is on the trello provided in the link on the page. Everyone is treated equally. You can familiarize yourself with it on the rileyfoxfursuits page14.If the buyer has a problem paying the installment for private reasons, he is asked to write and explain. Then we set a new payment date and a fursuit completion date. The same applies to the maker. If he does not meet the deadline, he informs the client about it before the work is done, not at the last minute.15.Delayed fursuit payments will be rolled over to those paid in full.16.The customer has the right to write to the maker if something is wrong. We are there to help and be in touch with the customer all the time so that they get the best product possible.17.I accept +18 props or fursuits.18.I prefer my printed bases or hq foam casted, TPU/ PLA printed bases. I do not making pursuits on LQ foam bases or miss prints for example.19. If you are getting a full fursuit please mail in a Duct Tape Dummy. If your duct tape dummy is not made20. If you are getting a full fursuit please mail in a Duct Tape Dummy. If your duct tape dummy is not made properly I do not guarantee a perfectly fitting fullsuit on you. Then there may be small things to fix, or too loose/tight places. By not sending dtd you do it at your own risk, nevertheless I try to make the fursuit as best as I can to fit. However, I reserve the right to make some minimal mistake if dtd is not sent to me.21.I am not a robot, I do not work 24/7. Please respect my time, if I do not reply e.g. during the day, I may be somewhere else or need a day off. I will definitely reply to you in my own time.22.You pay for shipping after the fursuit is completed. Please give me your full address and I will give you a quote for shipping, for people from Poland shipping is for free.
For people from other countries I sending price list.23.After getting fursuit it's yours. You making with this whatever u want. BUT IMPORTANT! If fursuit have some mistakes I don’t give you money back, first send me for free repair. Then IF I send u broke fursuit again, then we can talk about small refund.24.I'm living in Poland. So if u want a fursuit and u are from other country, U get shipping cost to pay.25. If u want buy premade watch what u want to buy. I do not accept their returns.27.You do not have permission to send my personal data to strangers who have never ordered from me. You receive my data with the contract only and exclusively for your comfort and safety.28.NEVER accept payment before signing a contract and reading the tos!!!!! If you see someone who writes that they paid without getting a contract and showing proof it is a scam!
